Legal projects engaged 1cyber to resolve a technical issue with its computers not communicating with the firm’s network printers after switching over to nbn service. 1cyber’s danny wong was courteous, responsive and proficient and was able to resolve the issue with minimal machine down time. 1cyber’s fees are reasonable and value for money. Legal projects would continue to use 1cyber and would recommend 1cyber to anyone with it issues.
I gave michael tran a distressed call when my internet stopped working after I had recent water damage. He immediately got into action trying to get me back into cyber space. He knows my property and could refer to his notes from previous visits. He checked that everything was still set up the way he remembered and organised the hardware needed and a technician to come and do the setup and get us going again. The process was flawless and totally stress free as michael and his team knew exactly what to do. They went over and above to help me.

Our migration from using our SBS2011…
Our migration from using our SBS2011 Exchange server to an online Microsoft Exchange was simple, well coordinated and expertly handled. It’s not the kind of thing a programmer can’t do themselves, but for the labour cost of me, the effort and the potential issues that can blow out, outsourcing it to these guys was the best option and likely cheapest option of the two. Thoroughly recommend Danny and Mike as contacts. Danny handled the case and covered all bases and issues I brought up. It was done over the weekend and the employees we have wouldn’t have noticed other than a single calendar issue Danny helped them resolve over the phone.

On numerous occasions he has not just fixed my glitchy troublesome it problems he has done so with timeliness and a responsiveness that is very uncommon these days.
